What are your hours?

Our flexible part-time childcare schedule is designed to support parents who need care a few days a week. You choose from (4), (6), or (8) hour options during our open care window of 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

Do you provide meals?

No. Parents provide all food, drinks, and comfort items. All items must be labeled.

Do you accept children in diapers?

Not at this time. Muffin’s Cottage is set up for potty-trained children only.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Please let us know by Sunday at 6 PM if your child won’t be attending that week. For 6- or 8-hour enrollments, a 2-week written notice is requested for withdrawal. Refunds are not issued for absences, midweek cancellations, or early pickup.

Do you allow late pickups?

Late pickup (up to 5:30 PM) is available for 8-hour families for an additional fee. Click "Get in Touch" button below to find out more information.

Do you offer tours?

You can submit a quick inquiry using the button below. Brea personally reviews every form, and if it feels like we may be a great fit, she will be in touch to chat more or invite you to tour Muffin’s Cottage. 

Is Muffin's Cottage state-approved to offer childcare? 

We’re currently a Listed Family Home and in the process of becoming a Registered Child Care Home with the State of Texas. As a listed provider, we’ve completed background checks and required training, and we follow state guidelines to provide a safe, nurturing environment. 

Once registered, Muffin’s Cottage will meet additional standards, including a formal home inspection and ongoing state oversight.
